Lifetime Print Guarantee
Our promise
If your Inka Arthouse print fades, discolours or wears through normal indoor display, we will reprint and replace it free of charge, including delivery, for as long as you own it.
What is covered
- Fading, desaturation or colour loss of the printed image
- Wear of the print surface under normal indoor display
What is not covered
- Physical damage from accidents, dropping, cutting or tearing
- Water, moisture or fire damage
- Prints altered, trimmed or mounted by someone other than us
- Frames, glass and acrylic (these remain covered by your consumer law rights below)
Who can claim
The original purchaser, with proof of purchase from inkaarthouse.com.
How to claim
Email info@inkaarthouse.com with your order number and a photo of the print. If your claim is accepted, we will send a replacement print in the same size at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original print unless we ask, in which case we will cover the postage. All costs of making a claim under this guarantee are paid by us.

Your legal rights
Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of this guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law.
New Zealand: This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
United Kingdom: This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
European Union: This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal guarantee rights under the consumer law of your country.
United States: LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We do not disclaim or limit any implied warranties.
